The L-CNG Vehicle Refueling Skid is a dedicated solution for NGV (Natural Gas Vehicle) refueling, integrating LNG storage, pressure boosting, regasification, and high-pressure CNG filling functions. It is designed for gas stations, logistics parks, and public transportation hubs, enabling efficient and fast refueling for LNG and CNG vehicles.
Core Design Advantages:
Dual-purpose Adaptability: Converts LNG to high-pressure CNG to meet refueling needs of both LNG and CNG vehicles, maximizing equipment utilization.
Intelligent Unloading System: Equipped with an Unloading PBU Skid that automatically boosts pressure and maintains stable pressure during LNG tanker unloading. This ensures a consistent pressure difference between the tanker and the storage tank, avoiding delays caused by pressure fluctuations.
High-Flow Optimization: When the gas flow rate exceeds 2000Nm³/h, the LNG vaporizer can be installed as a separate skid or on an on-site foundation. This design prevents overheating and performance degradation of the vaporizer, ensuring continuous refueling during peak hours.
Additionally, the skid is equipped with an explosion-proof electric heater control box, which enhances operational safety in hazardous environments and meets strict industrial explosion-proof standards.
L-CNG vehicle refueling skid process
a) LNG storage tank skid: for LNG storage and the fluid supply, generally purchased or provided directly by the user. (Horizontal tank comes with pressurized systems, pressurized vertical storage tank deprovision pry)
b) Unloading PBU skid: for boosting and the constant pressure when the LNG tanker unloading fluid, then the LNG storage tanks can reach the normal fluid pressure difference, so the LNG tankers can irrigation charging.
c) When the flow rate≥2000Nm³/h, it is recommended LNG vaporizer prized separately or foundational separately on-site.

LNG Storage Tank Skid:
Horizontal tank: Integrated with a pressurization system for autonomous pressure management.
Vertical tank: Does not include a skid-mounted pressurization system, suitable for sites with limited horizontal space.
Vaporizer: 2 sets (optional), with a gasification capacity of 100~3000Nm³/H, ensuring sufficient CNG supply for multiple refueling nozzles.
Pressure Regulator: Inlet-type design, available in single-channel or double-channel configurations. The double-channel option supports alternate operation and maintenance without interrupting refueling services.
Odorization Device: Optional self-priming pump or metering pump, adding odorants (such as mercaptan) to CNG to comply with safety regulations for leak detection.
Metering System: Optional turbine flowmeter or Roots flowmeter, providing accurate fuel measurement for billing and inventory management.
Safety & Monitoring: Optional remote monitoring system and emergency cut-off device. The emergency cut-off function triggers automatically in case of abnormal pressure or gas leaks, minimizing safety risks.
