4. Fully Seamless Hot-Extruded Cylinders — Zero Welding 4142 material steel cylinders are produced by hot extrusion process with no weld seams on the cylinder body, eliminating welding stress concentration risks and delivering superior fatigue life.
5. Nitrogen-Purged and Ready for Immediate Use After assembly, the interior is nitrogen-purged to oxygen content ≤3%, maintained at 0.05–0.1 MPa positive pressure upon delivery to prevent ingress of air and moisture—ready for direct filling upon receipt
