Technical Specification

• A two-stage seal (oil seal + gas seal) plus a dedicated leak-outlet port keeps hydraulic oil out of the gas chamber — any trace oil drains to an external catch box and never enters the gas stream.

• Compression cylinder extended 400mm → 420mm (+5% gas volume per stroke). Inlet buffer tank stabilizes supply at low inlet pressure. Each cylinder fed independently — no uneven distribution. Vector VFD oil pump keeps flow high at low inlet pressure. Precision reversal control ensures complete discharge every stroke.

• Compression, hydraulics, cooling, PLC and acoustic insulation all integrated into a single skid. Four-sided access doors simplify install and maintenance. H-section steel housing with seamless exhaust and multi-layer sound insulation keeps noise ≤70 dB(A) — suitable for residential and commercial sites.

• The compressor main unit is fully produced throughout the process (from drawings to machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, assembly and inspection). Core components are selected from internationally renowned brands and domestic top brands. Strict ISO 9001 quality management is implemented.

Compressors are produced independently (from drawings to processing, heat treatment, surface treatment, final assembly, and inspection). SinoCleansky as always strictly follows ISO9001 system for production and manufacturing. Each MRU has undergone quality inspection and is equipped with an official factory inspection certificate, which is 100% traceable.

Part of core components using international TOP brands like Siemens, Aikemeixun, PARKER, E+H, UTEC, MEKEL, etc.

Warranty:

Design service life: 20 years

The core components are covered by a one-year.

Wear-prone parts are determined based on usage conditions.

Packaging & Shipping

• The entire machine is designed in a modular form, suitable for shipping and export in a standard containers. The main frame size is 5500 × 2100 × 2450 mm, which can fit into a 20-foot container (it is recommended to use a high container (HQ) or remove the static soundproofing roof to adapt to the height of the standard container). The external equipment (refueling station, gas discharge column) can be packaged together with the main frame or separately in different containers.

  Noted:

  • After the installation and positioning, please connect the power supply, inlet/outlet gas pipelines and grounding in accordance with local regulations; for the first startup, it will be remotely or on-site guided by the SinoCleansky engineers.

  • Spare parts (such as gas filling machine accessories, tool kits) will be provided as needed and will be shipped separately on individual pallets.

FAQ

• Can MRU directly refuel CNG vehicles? Are additional equipment required?

  A: The MRU itself integrates compression, gas storage, refueling and control systems. It can start operating as soon as it arrives and is connected to power. On the gas source side, it needs to be combined with a CNG tube trailer (Jumbo Tube Trailer) for gas supply, that is, the complete chain of "tube trailer unloading gas → MRU compressing and storing gas → refueling machine refueling the vehicle". SinoCleansky can provide an overall solution including the tube trailer and the MRU.

• How is the MRU different from a conventional CNG station?

  A: The MRU integrates compression, storage, dispensing and control into a single 20ft ISO container — no civil works, no fixed pipeline, "ready to run on arrival". A conventional daughter station requires separate compressor rooms, storage banks and dispenser islands, with lead times typically measured in months

• Can hydraulic oil really be kept out of the gas stream?

  A: Yes. Our two-stage seal (oil seal + gas seal) plus a dedicated leak-outlet port keeps hydraulic oil completely isolated from the gas chamber. Any trace oil is captured by an external catch box and drained — it never enters the gas stream. This is a patented core design of the SinoCleansky hydraulic piston compressor.

• Can MRU operate independently? What power supply is needed?

  A: . Yes — the unit runs standalone with built-in PLC and control cabinet; only utility power is required. MRU800 needs ~37 kW; MRU2400 (dual compressor) needs ~90 kW. Where utility power is unavailable, an optional 120 kW gas generator set can be integrated.

• What is the lead time?

  A: Standard models (MRU800 / 1200 / 1600 / 2400) ship within 45–60 days of order confirmation. Custom specifications or alternative media (CNG / H₂ / Air) require individual evaluation. Our overseas service team provides remote commissioning or on-site supervision.
