The 5,000L LNG Microbulk Regas Station is a compact, intelligent modular solution designed for small-to-medium LNG demand scenarios, such as small industrial plants, rural communities, and remote commercial facilities. It integrates LNG storage, regasification, pressure regulation, metering, and odorization into ONE skid, eliminating the need for complex on-site infrastructure and reducing installation time by up to 50%.
Core Features:
High-Efficiency Insulation: Adopts high-vacuum multi-layer insulation technology, minimizing LNG evaporation loss (NER ≤ 0.5%/day) and ensuring long-term stable storage.
Dual-Vaporizer Configuration: Equipped with 2 sets of 100Nm³/H ambient vaporizers (one working, one standby), preventing gas supply interruptions due to vaporizer maintenance or failure.
User-Friendly Operation: The skid-mounted design allows for plug-and-play installation, and optional remote monitoring enables real-time tracking of tank level, pressure, and gas flow rate via a mobile or desktop platform.
Wide Adaptability: Customizable pressure regulation and metering systems to match local gas pipeline standards, making it suitable for both low-pressure (≤1.5bar) and medium-pressure (1.5~10bar) gas supply networks.
SinoCleansky LNG microbulk regas station is a smart and modular design for small LNG applications.
The whole LNG station is built on skid, with LNG storage, regasification, pressure regulation, measurement, odorization and etc.,
which is very convenient for installation and operation.

Evaporation Loss: Low NER (Natural Evaporation Rate) ensures minimal LNG waste, reducing operational costs for users.
Safety Protection: Equipped with over-pressure relief valves, leak detection sensors, and emergency cut-off valves, complying with international safety standards (e.g., NFPA 59A).
Material Durability: 304 stainless steel inner and outer vessels resist corrosion from moisture and environmental factors, extending the product lifespan to 15+ years.

Packaging:
The skid is fixed on a steel pallet with anti-vibration pads to absorb shocks during transportation.
The storage tank is wrapped with moisture-proof film and covered with a heavy-duty tarpaulin to protect against rain, dust, and sunlight.
Precision components (e.g., Fisher pressure regulators, flowmeters) are packed in separate foam-lined boxes with clear labeling for easy identification during installation.
Shipping Methods:
Open-Top Container Shipping: Uses 20OT (20ft Open-Top) or 40OT (40ft Open-Top) containers, suitable for the skid’s height and ensuring easy loading/unloading with cranes.
Flatbed Truck Shipping: For short-distance land transportation, flatbed trucks with side rails and tie-downs are used to secure the skid.
Logistics Coordination: Our team provides detailed shipping schedules, customs clearance documents, and installation guidelines. We also coordinate with local partners to arrange on-site unloading and preliminary inspection upon delivery.
The LNG Microbulk station can be shipped by open top container, such as 20OT, 40OT and etc.;
