SinoCleansky microbulk LNG microbulk station is a smart and modular design for small LNG applications.
The whole LNG station is built on skid, with LNG storage, regasification, pressure regulation, measurement, odorization and etc, which is very convenient for installation and operation.
Typical models are 1M3, 2M3, 3M3, 5M3, 7.2m3, 14.4m3 and more. Customization is available upon your specific requirements.
SinoCleansky’s 14.4m³ LNG Microbulk Regas Station is a decentralized energy solution designed for medium-scale LNG users—such as small industrial parks, hotels, and rural gas networks.
Comprising two 7,200L LNG microbulk tanks (total capacity 14.4 m³) and an integrated regasification skid, this system provides continuous gas supply with no interruptions for refueling. It operates at a working pressure of 1.6 MPa and supports a customizable gas flow rate (up to 400 NM³/H via 2 sets of 200 NM³/H vaporizers), adapting to varying demand. The high vacuum multi-layer insulation ensures low boil-off loss, while the ASME-compliant design guarantees safety in cryogenic environments. As a comprehensive LNG service provider, we offer end-to-end support—from site layout design to post-commissioning maintenance—to help clients maximize operational efficiency.

Total Gross Volume: 14.4 m³ (2×7215 L microbulk tanks; model: LMS14400-100)
Gas Flow Rate: Customizable (standard: 200 NM³/H; max: 400 NM³/H with upgraded vaporizers)
Working Pressure: 1.6 MPa (inlet); outlet pressure adjustable to 0.1-1.5 bar
Design Temperature: -196℃ (tank) to 50℃ (regas skid)
Layout: Skid-mounted (tanks + regas components on a single steel frame for easy installation)
Tanks: Inner/outer vessels made of SA-240M 304 stainless steel; high vacuum multi-layer insulation (boil-off rate <0.4% per day).
Vaporizers: 2 sets of ambient vaporizers (1 work, 1 standby); optional water-bath vaporizers for temperatures below -10℃.
Regulation & Safety: Fisher brand double-route pressure regulators; over-pressure cut-off (1.8 MPa) and pressure release valves; flame arrester for fire safety.
Metering & Odorization: Mass flow meter (accuracy ±0.5%); pressure-differential odorizer (adds mercaptan to meet local gas safety standards).

Packaging: Tanks and skid are shipped separately in 40OT open-top containers; components are fixed with steel brackets and wrapped in anti-corrosion film. Valves and gauges are packed in waterproof crates to avoid damage.
Shipping Methods: Sea freight (primary for global clients); land freight (for regional markets like Central Asia); air freight (for urgent orders, with skid disassembled into smaller modules).
Logistics Planning: Provides a detailed shipping timeline and loading plan; coordinates with freight forwarders to ensure the system arrives in sequence (tanks first, then skid) for on-site assembly.
On-Site Assistance: Offers optional on-site assembly and commissioning by our technicians; provides a spare parts kit (valves, gaskets) to minimize downtime.
The LNG Microbulk station can be shipped by open top container, such as 20OT, 40OT and etc.;
