The 80m³ LNG Tank from SinoCleansky is a vertical cryogenic storage vessel engineered for long-term, stationary LNG storage—critical for LNG terminals, industrial facilities, and regional gas supply hubs.
Built to withstand extreme low temperatures (-196℃) and operate at a working pressure of 0.8 MPa, this tank ensures safe and efficient storage of liquefied natural gas with minimal boil-off loss.
Our design adheres to both GB (Chinese) and ASME (American) standards, making it suitable for global markets.
Key features include vacuum perlite insulation (for superior thermal efficiency) and high-quality stainless steel inner vessels (SA240M 304) that resist corrosion and ensure long service life。

SinoCleansky LNG tank are manufactured under strictly quality control system. The LNG tank are with inspection report submitted to clients, including such as: Hydrostatic test, X-rays test to weld, Non-destructive test, Helium-Leakage Detection, Vacuum Test. With client’s requirements, SinoCleansky will also provide some other certificates as per clients’ request. We assure you that all LNG tank are 100% traceable.
Standard Compliance: Certified to ASME Section VIII, Division 1 and GB 18442-2011 (China’s LNG tank standard); meets PED (EU Pressure Equipment Directive) for European markets.
Quality Reports: Provides a detailed product quality certificate package, including non-destructive testing (NDT) reports, hydrostatic test records, vacuum test results, and material traceability documents.
Inspection Oversight: All tanks are inspected by third-party authorities (e.g., CCS, ABS) before delivery; client representatives are welcome to witness factory acceptance tests (FAT).
Warranty: 24-month warranty on the tank body; 12-month warranty on valves and safety accessories (e.g., pressure gauges, level sensors).

The LNG tank will be packed in container & fixed with ropes, or shipped in bulk directly
Packaging: No outer packaging (tank is shipped as a single unit); critical components (valves, gauges) are packed separately in waterproof crates to avoid damage.
Shipping Method: Shipped by bulk vessel (due to size); custom lifting lugs are installed on the tank for easy loading/unloading.
Transportation Protection: Wraps the tank surface with weather-resistant film to prevent rust during sea transit; coordinates with port authorities for special handling of oversized cargo.
Delivery Timeline: Typically 12-16 weeks from order confirmation; includes pre-delivery inspection (PDI) at our Beijing factory before shipping.
